Salzburg Tourist Attractions and Salzburg Sightseeing
(Salzburg, Austria, AT)
The tourist attractions of Salzburg offer something for everyone, with a large number of these being especially suitable for visiting families. One of the most popular of all the many family attractions in Salzburg, Hellbrunn Zoo (Tiergarten) is located on the southern side of the Schlosspark Hellbrunn and visited each year by many thousands of tourists.
On a sunny day, take a stroll around the Waagplatz and explore the plentiful tourist attractions lining its adjoining streets and passages, or enjoy an afternoon in the pleasant surroundings of the Folk Garden (Volksgarten), which is to be found alongside the banks of the River Salzach. For the best views of Salzburg, why not take a cable car ride to the very top of Mount Untersberg?
